Corporate event management
and brand activations for businesses.
At BSPIRT we create events, brand activations and experiences designed to connect brands, people and business goals.
From idea to experience.
Every project starts with a clear objective: communicate a message, launch a brand, activate a product, engage teams, bring clients closer or create an internal moment with real meaning.
What we do?
Sustainability.
Sustainability should not come at the end of the process as an afterthought. It should be part of the choices we make from the beginning:
in the materials, suppliers, transport, quantities produced and in the way each element can be reused, reduced or given new value.
At BSPIRT we aim to integrate more conscious solutions in a practical way, adapted to each project, without compromising creativity, the experience or production quality. Because a more responsible brand is also built through the smaller touchpoints.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What types of corporate events does BSPIRT organise?
BSPIRT organises management meetings, conventions, congresses, conferences, incentive events, Christmas parties, company anniversaries, product launches, roadshows, trade shows, internal events and experiences for clients, employees or business partners. Each event is developed around the company’s objectives, its audience and the message it needs to communicate.
How does BSPIRT turn an event into a brand experience?
We bring together the concept, message, venue, content, production, on-site teams and audience touchpoints to create a consistent experience that reflects the brand’s identity and feels relevant to the people taking part.
How far in advance should I start planning an event?
The ideal lead time depends on the scale and complexity of the event. Congresses, conferences, production-heavy events and larger projects should generally be planned several months in advance. That said, BSPIRT is used to working with different timelines and finding effective solutions when shorter lead times are required.
What information should I share before requesting an event proposal?
To prepare a relevant proposal, it helps to share the type of event, preferred date and time, location, estimated number of participants, audience profile, objectives, required services, any visual or creative references and, where available, an indicative budget. The more complete the brief, the more accurately we can shape the proposed solution.
