An institutional opening requires precision at every stage. For the opening of AIRBUS’ new facilities in Santo Tirso, BSPIRT was responsible for the concept, production and full event management, bringing together protocol, operations and the on-site experience.

With the presence of high-level officials, including the Prime Minister and the Mayor, protocol played a central role in the opening of AIRBUS’ new facilities. BSPIRT ensured the official reception, coordination of the formal moments, unveiling of the inaugural plaque and on-stage speeches for an audience of around 300 participants. The project also included media and press management, an accreditation system, permanent hostess support, production of communication materials and technical coordination, including stage, LED screens, translation support and audiovisual equipment.
