New facility opening
The opening of Olympus Medical Products Portugal’s new facilities in Coimbra called for a ceremony that reflected the strategic importance of the moment. BSPIRT was responsible for the concept and full production of the event, designing a response where protocol, operations and the institutional experience worked together.

With the presence of official entities, members of the Government and the Ambassador of Japan, the programme was structured to ensure rigour at every stage: guest reception, unveiling of the inaugural plaque, guided tour of the facilities, institutional speeches and project presentations. For this Olympus Medical Products event, BSPIRT ensured the logistical and operational coordination, including technical and audiovisual production, tent setup, catering, hostess management, entertainment, communication materials and on-site protocol support.
