ESTRATEGICAmente convention
BSPIRT was responsible for organising Mapei Portugal’s annual business convention, held at Cidade do Futebol. Under the theme ESTRATEGICAmente, the event brought employees together for a moment of internal alignment, designed to prepare the team for future challenges and strengthen their connection to the company’s vision.
For this convention, the approach was to introduce a more participative and inspiring dimension, tailored to the team profile and the objectives of the meeting, with the participation Paulo Futre’s. BSPIRT managed the creative concept, visual identity, venue selection, catering, entertainment and participant experiences, bringing the different elements together into an integrated response designed to support team engagement and motivation.
