Throughout this partnership, BSPIRT has developed a range of team building formats, including tuk-tuk tours around Lisbon, boat-based experiences, creative LEGO activities and branded merchandise designed to extend the experience beyond the activity itself. Many of these programmes bring together Portuguese and international employees taking part in activities in Portugal. Stepping outside the usual work environment gives teams the opportunity to communicate more openly, build shared experiences and strengthen relationships that continue into everyday working life.
